About the Team
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

Responsibilities:
1. Craft and execute innovative strategies to elevate the TikTok Shop seller experience across multiple dimensions, including Seller Growth, Merchandise and Product, Policy & moderation, Order & fulfillment, Settlement, Partner integration, and Seller support, tailored specifically for the South East Asia Region & Country.
2. Collaborate closely with product solutions & operation, Cross functional, Governance and logistics teams to identify, prioritize, and shape business and product solutions that drive seller efficiency and satisfaction. Act as a liaison between sellers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
3. Utilize data analytics to uncover actionable insights and opportunities for continuous improvement. Monitor key metrics related to seller experience and identify areas for optimization, ensuring that our seller ecosystem remains competitive and responsive to market dynamics.
4. Lead by example in driving operational excellence by streamlining internal processes and implementing best practices for seller support. Scale seller support operations to meet the evolving needs of our growing community, while maintaining high standards of service quality.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
, or related field.
2. A proven track record of 5-10 years in e-commerce, business operations, or project management, with a focus on delivering exceptional seller experiences
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven recommendations.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
5. Proven track record of driving results, leading initiatives, and managing projects from conception to implementation.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
7. Deep understanding of the South East Asia E-commerce market landscape, including trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.

Preferred Qualification:
1. Master Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics
, or related field.
