Officer- Data Analyst/BI Engineer

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for self-motivated hands-on Data Analyst/Data Engineer for state street's AML Transformation program. Candidate will closely work with Technical and business teams in an agile fashion to develop technical solution for AML Transaction Monitoring and other compliance Program.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for data sets.
  • Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, Perform requirement analysis specific to data modeling, data quality and data analysis.
  • Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, data lineage and data dictionary.
  • Assume the ownership from data acquisition to data consumption.
  • Develop BI and Dashboard using Tableau, power BI or similar tools & technologies.
  • Working in multi-location agile environment in alignment with business and technology teams.

Education & Preferred Qualifications?

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
  • Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience with Data Analysis, Data warehousing.
  • Strong with RDBMS and NoSQL DB queries.
  • Experience with Advance Data science Technologies like Hadoop, S3 and NoSQL is big plus.
  • Hands on experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI & Dashboard tools
  • Knowledge of Data mining, Data governance, Data quality
  • Experience with Query tools. Hive, Hue, Spark will be plus.
  • Knowledge of Finance, Custody services, data privacy, AML and related compliance domain is plus.

Additional requirements

This role may require occasional L4 production support and weekend release support.

Salary Range:
$70,000 - $115,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
