Alliance Manager

Infosys is seeking an Alliance Manager. The ideal candidate for this position will have relevant experience in Cloud, IT infrastructure and cyber security solutions. The candidate should have an understanding of Alliance management, integrated solutions, services sales and partner-based selling. The candidate will utilize his/her excellent sales relationship building skills in working with partner teams, Infosys sales and delivery teams and customers to ensure that solutions are successfully positioned to customers.

The Infosys Global Alliances and Partner Ecosystem team is responsible for managing our largest global partners as well as strategic technology partners both regionally and globally. Our aspiration is to grow revenue and build long-term profitable business models with our key and strategic partners across the globe. The team is accountable for orchestrating the partner ecosystem across both Infosys industry verticals and technology practice teams in order to deliver both bottom and top line revenue as well as customer success in all Infosys engagements.

Role Description :
  • End to end ownership of the Alliance relationship
  • Engaging with sales organization to communicate our differentiation/capability, and to identify target accounts to approach with the various Cloud, IT Infrastructure and cyber security services offered by Infosys
  • Learning and articulating both product features/differentiation as well as Infosys ability to implement those technology solutions
  • Ownership of the framework/GTM and technical/sales enablement, carry the alliance pipeline
  • Own the governance on the GTM, enablement and partner agreements. Develop business plans in alignment with Partner strategies and get internal buying
  • Collaborate with sales and domain team in executing the GTM plan
  • Working with our sector (industry) field sales professionals on targeting our install base and new logo accounts in different industries
  • Introduce and connect partner sales professionals to Infosys sales professionals and building cadence around key activities/targets/accounts and programs
  • Attending and driving client interactions at trade shows and conferences and positioning of Infosys
  • Drive communications with senior management across both Infosys and partners
Required Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
  • Experience owning alliance relationships
  • Experience executing GTM plans
  • Experience with RFPs/proposal responses
