The Communications Senior Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with the Communications Lead in managing the comprehensive communications plan, and driving its coherent delivery across internal and external communication media.
Responsibilities:
Communications Strategy
Business writing
- Assist in the execution of multi-channel company communications strategy and plan.
- Manage all communications material and collaborate with all functions to ensure message consistency and alignment.
- Maintain internal communication systems (intranet, newsletters, emails, corporate announcements).
- Organize and streamline service offerings into customer-friendly concepts in collaboration with the customer success team.

Public Relations
- Provide editorial support where required to ensure consistency of message while maintaining the individuality of each publication according to its audience.
- Support in the delivery of winning PR strategies and collaborate with required stakeholders.
- Effectively manage media relations and develop contacts with media members, influencers, and community leaders.
Internal Communications
- Support with the development and implementation of internal communication strategies.
- Create engaging content for various internal communication channels as needed.
- Collaborate with the Communications Lead to support department heads and senior leadership and ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor internal communication channels for feedback and engagement, adjusting strategies as needed.
Brand Management
- Drive the brand voice and maintain brand integrity across all platforms to strengthen the Company's brand identity and awareness.
- Produce original, accurate, concise, and engaging content.
- Be a "brand champion." Make sure all company materials have consistent and positive messaging and branding.
- Support with speaking engagements and events (internally and externally) as needed.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in corporate communications / public relations/journalism or related fields.
- A communications generalist with exposure to internal and external communications either in-house or agency.
- Experience working on external and employee communications programmes.
- Knowledge and experience supporting crisis and issues management.
- Experience writing, editing, and producing written communications for targeted audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present qualitative and quantitative information concisely and persuasively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including but not limited to facilitation and business/corporate writing.
- Excellent organization and project management skills, strong attention to detail and quality output.
- Exposure to internal and external stakeholder management. Experience with developing working relationships and networks at all levels, with impact and influence in a collaborative environment.
- First degree in a related field from a reputable institution.
