Senior Product Manager

Overview: 

The Senior Product Manager is a self-starter, a visible organizational leader, a hands-on problem solver, and a relationship builder. The Senior Product Manager continuously builds intimate institutional knowledge that spans all teams and functions within the company as well as a deep understanding of the evolving competitive landscape. The Senior Product Manager oversees the Product Management for their respective area of focus.  

The Senior Product Manager has great understanding of user experience design, demonstrates the ability to Create a product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, build well thought out product backlogs and author user stories, and work closely with User Experience, software engineers and quality assurance.

This position is a hybrid position out of Pune, India Office. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Customer Focus: Be a fierce and empathetic customer advocate. Understand customer needs through quantitative and qualitative evidence gathering. Establish a culture of user-centric design, development, and feedback gathering.

• Own Product Vision & Road mapping: Manage your team's product vision. Analyze and understand market trends, customer feedback, and usage metrics to inform product direction and feature development. 
• AI-enablement: Integrate responsible AI capabilities into your product backlog, aligned with the firm's AI strategy, focusing on transparency, ethics, and human-in-the-loop methodologies. 
• Delivery Focused: Build effective roadmaps for your products that align with the organization's strategy. Stay focused on delivering customer and stakeholder value and take an iterative approach. 
• Planning & Execution: Guide the agile development processes including quarterly planning, metrics gathering, sprint planning, grooming, and overall sprint deliverables. 
• Product Evangelism: Be a product champion internally and externally. Own the product roll out planning and execution including training, written deliverables, virtual project demonstrations, and in-person presentations. 
• Drive Consensus and Effective Communication: Lead meetings with multiple stakeholders to identify and prioritize software development and business process improvement initiatives. Gather feedback and approval from relevant stakeholders pre-development and post-development
  

What You Have: 

• 5-10 years of relevant experience as an Agile Product Manager. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization. 
• Experience leading and motivating product teams in a fast-paced environment. 
• Exceptional problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities 
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for scalable SaaS platforms. 
• Familiarity with AI technologies, ethical AI practices, and human-in-the-loop design principles. 
• Familiarity with OKR process and agile development methodologies.
