Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with vendor management, program management, or content moderation.
- Experience with stakeholder management and execution.
- Experience managing vendor operations and working with globally managed service providers.
- Experience with process improvement and quality management.
- Experience managing sensitive content or content management.
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities and stakeholder issues/requirements.
- Excellent problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to define projects, execute within timelines, and navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities
- Manage vendor operations for vendor teams and deliver on all SLAs.
- Establish and maintain alignment with the Trust and Safety team, collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Policy, and Engineering teams, drive projects, set up new teams/workflows, and share insights to improve the overall quality of vendor operations.
- Identify process, tools, data and metrics improvements, and partner with Product, Tools, Analytics, and Process Excellence teams to address gaps, solve operational challenges, and increase work efficiency and quality.
Lead projects by defining clear objectives, dependencies, risks, and follow through mechanisms.
