Health eCareers is looking for a seasoned Sales Operations Manager to join our team! This role will be instrumental in enhancing our sales processes, optimizing sales tools, and empowering our sales team through effective enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to drive operational excellence within our sales organization. This includes the oversight of processes and tools that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all sale's operational functions. As a result, the role will ultimately remove friction in the sales process through compliant and consistent processes. The candidate must be able to work well within a team setting while independently managing development projects and must be able to thrive in a fast-moving environment with rapidly changing assignments and priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Operational excellence in sales processes, platforms, and enablement tools
  • Assist with formulating, coordinating, reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of organization operating procedures
  • Collaborate with IT and technology teams to ensure robust integration of CRM, database, and reporting applications
  • Ensure products are adequately built out and supported in CRM (Salesforce) along with necessary integrations to Back Office systems
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve & optimize lead workflows and top of funnel sales and marketing strategies for our nursing & physician business
  • Manage a resource who owns the identification of lead contact and opportunities within our suite of enablement tools
  • Own the execution of lead workflow and top of funnel activities within Salesforce
  • Assist with day to day execution of Sales Strategy & Contract Management.
  • Ensure all business stakeholder requirements are executed from a SF CRM perspective prior to any new product launch, enhancement, upgrade
  • Test new product capabilities on website, eCommerce, partner sites
  • Build out the necessary product performance reports or working with analytics business partners to ensure the requirements are in SF to properly report out in Tableau
  • Ensure operational compliance with company's regulations and standards across all processes
  • Assist management in maintaining continuous and timely awareness of operational issues and advising leadership on matters of concern
  • Responsible for the analysis, tracking, and reporting of business performance/user metrics KPIs
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a sales operation's management role
  • Experience working in Salesforce and sales enablement platforms.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce reports
  • People management skills
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel including macros, functions, and pivot tables. Proficiency with MS Office
  • Ability to translate customer requests and business needs to project specifications and solutions
  • Strong process and analytical skills
  • Experience in managing projects to completion
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and with a team
  • Excellent multi-tasking abilities and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to and change tactics for evolving and rapidly changing priorities and project deadlines
