In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to design and build signal processing algorithms that will enable millions of users around the world to experience Dolby technologies. The products you create will be used by many of Dolby's key partners such as LG, Amazon and Lenovo to enable the Dolby experience in their product lines. The position demands a candidate capable of working in a team to develop signal processing components against technical and schedule challenges, following strong software design and process principles. You will be surrounded by industry experts who can help guide your efforts and develop your skills.

What will you do?:
- Develop real time solutions to signal processing problems using Python, Matlab and C/C++
- Build prototypes and experiments to design solutions to signal processing problems;
- Write and test real-time signal processing software in C/C++;
- Build tooling around algorithms for demonstration, testing and validation;
- Perform critical listening to evaluate solutions
- Develop your skills by learning from senior members of the team
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent;
- Some experience using Python/Matlab as a scripting language and a scientific computing tool;
- High-level written and verbal communication in both general and technology-specific applications;
- A spark for building things, learning new concepts and exploring how things work;
- A passion for tackling complex problems with creative ideas and driving solutions to completion;
- A willingness to operate as part of a high-performing team
