Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Product Analyst to join the Product Strategy & Operations team. The Product Analyst will play a key role in driving product development and optimization strategies by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for understanding customer behavior and market trends.
In this role you will...
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product performance, including user engagement, conversion rates, and revenue metrics.
- Utilize statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities within large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to define key metrics and KPIs for product success.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and benchmark our product offerings.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize user experience and interface design based on data insights.
- Identify opportunities for product improvements and new feature development based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product analytics.

You've got what it takes if you've got...
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in product analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Advanced Excel skills including proficiency with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEXMATCH and other functions
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling is a plus.
