Your future team
Our Sales Compensation team is comprised of people with backgrounds in sales compensation, analytics, and systems. We're hiring a Sales Compensation Analyst, reporting to the Sales Compensation Manager.
What you'll do
- Lead the end to end monthly compensation processing for all sales teams
- Facilitate compensation plan administration, payout, and reporting
- Change management and enablement as we deploy compensation plans
- Monitor the effectiveness of current incentives by analyzing data and reporting
- Create reports, dashboards, data visualization, and storytelling to monitor the business
- Build and update our compensation tool, Anaplan, for compensation processing and reporting
- Resolve technical issues in Anaplan through debugging, research, and investigation

Your background
- Understanding of incentive plan structures
- Continuous process improvement is in your DNA
- Minimum 1-3 years SaaS experience in an operations role
Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $101,300 - $135,000
Zone B: $91,200 - $121,500
Zone C: $84,100 - $112,500
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
