If you enjoy getting creative about finding awesome talent and guiding them through a legendary hiring experience, this is the role for you. Do you love pushing the boundaries on how recruitment is done? As a Recruiter, you will manage all parts of the recruitment life cycle. This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, branding us as an employer of choice, and guiding hiring manager relationships. The right person will enjoy the freedom to develop new projects and roll out new programmes internally.

Your future team
We're hiring a Recruiter, reporting to the Recruiting Manager. You will join a team of sourcers and recruiters, with a mix of agency, start up and corporate experiences. Our Talent Acquisition Specialty Tech team hires across Product Management, Design and Program Management.
We are scaling, so you will enjoy working with people on the same mission: finding the perfect person for the role. - Work directly with team members while influencing how teams are built
- Partner with Talent Sourcers to find high calibre candidates for Atlassian
- Collaborate globally with our incredible Talent Acquisition function
- Educate and influence your hiring managers with your expertise and market insights
Your background
- You have experience in full-cycle recruiting, gained from a mix of internal and agency environments
- You have a consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers
- You have deep experience finding information and are unafraid to ask questions
- You have experience elevating your team and woking collaboratively with others
- You understand and are curious about the software industry
- You have experience using data to support your market insights
- You have a passion for DEII hiring
