3 DIY Salad Dressings to Take to the Office

I’m a huge fan of salad as a meal. It’s easy to throw together for one, two, or a crowd. You can customize it any which way you please. It’s a great way to get your daily veggies in.

What I’m not a fan of is most of the salad dressings you find at the grocery store. Their ingredients lists are massive, including many things you can't even pronounce, and you have no control over the quality of the ingredients you actually do recognize. Gross.

Enter the mason jar salad dressing. It’s so simple—you just add your ingredients to a small mason jar (Tupperware will work just fine, too) and shake it up until everything has emulsified and come together. I’ve included three of my favorite recipes below—these will each dress enough for two salads and use ingredients that you probably have on hand already. Stick one in the fridge at home or at the office, and with a little shaking action, you’ll have lunch or dinner ready in no time at all.
