Job Description

The Global Financial Planning and Analysis team serves as a strategic business partner for global business leaders and provides finance support for global business functions. We are an agile, highly visible team that collaborates across functions/product groups and play a leading role in providing financial planning, management reporting, and decision support analytics to business leaders. Visa’s Value-In-Kind (VIK) program plays an increasingly vital role in fueling growth of Value-Added Services (VAS) and Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS), two high priority focus areas for Visa. Appropriately structuring the offer of select VAS and CMS services in the form of value-in-kind (VIK) incentives to clients, while displacing cash incentives, is a lynchpin strategy for the company. The Global VIK Finance Team sits within the broader Global VAS FP&A Team and closely partners with leaders across all facets of the business to advise on and plan for how to optimize on both the offer and delivery of VIK incentives to drive Visa’s growth.
