Responsibilities

Are you passionate about helping Information Security navigate change and achieve their strategic objectives? Do you have a knack for analyzing the impact of change initiatives to people and developing strategies to ensure successful adoption? If so, we're looking for a dedicated and skilled Organizational Change Management Analyst to join our team.

The Information Security Communication, Awareness, SharePoint, and Events (CASE) team is responsible for aligning employees' mindsets and behaviors to the department's vision and strategic direction. The primary objective of the team is to minimize resistance, enhance adoption, and maximize benefits of change.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes on people, processes, and technology within the organization.
  • Conduct change readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, and identify potential resistance points.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans to facilitate successful change adoption.
  • Create and deliver engaging communication materials to inform and educate employees about upcoming changes.
  • Collaborate with learning teams to design and implement training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the environment.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, adjusting as necessary.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and ET product teams on change management best practices.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change resilience within the organization.
Qualifications

Seeking Candidates with these desired/Required Skills:

Proven Expertise in Change Management:
  • Proven experience in organizational change management, including planning and executing successful change initiatives.
  • Familiarity with and expertise in change management methodologies and tools, such as Prosci, ADKAR, or Kotter's 8-Step Process.
Experience in Problem Solving and Critical Thinking:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and recommend effective solutions.
  • The ability to think critically and creatively to address challenges and obstacles during change processes.
Strong Communications Skills:
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively to various stakeholder at all levels of the organization.
Comfort with Analyzing Stakeholders:
  • Skill in conducting stakeholder analysis and identifying key influencers, advocates, and potential resistance points within the organization.
Ability to Lead and Influence:
  • The ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership in support of change initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, trust, and collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.
Certifications:
  • Certification in change management, such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP) or Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), is a strong advantage.
Additional skills:
  • Analyze data and develop performance measures for evaluation of change initiatives
  • Foster strong working relationships, trust, collaboration with variety of stakeholders, cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leaders
  • Act as a trusted advisor to project teams and senior leaders on change management best practices
  • Provide coaching and resources for leaders regarding the change process and building buy-in and capabilities
  • Conduct research, analyze, create, and deliver on best-in-class solutions to the organization
  • Lead and/or participate in the development of the organization's change management methodology, tools, and resources for wide use
  • Curate, design/build, and facilitate learning opportunities for change practitioners and leaders and executives across the change ecosystem
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices and latest research on organizational change management topics and share with the change ecosystem to increase capability building
  • Demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and overall strategic outcomes.
  • Ability to handle and organize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to change
  • Demonstrated life-long learning skills
  • Technical acumen in general to grasp the impacts of technical changes to different audience groups.
  • Technical acumen for collaborative technologies (SharePoint web & workflow, QlikSense, Power Automate, PowerShell, Teams, etc.) to contribute to improving operational efficiencies through automation and solution delivery.
HYBRID: Qualified candidates (in or near hub locations listed below) should plan to spend time working from home and some time working in the office as part of our hybrid work environment.
