About the Position
- Maintain and analyze the general ledger and monthly activities from divisions and acquisitions into Oracle ERP system (including financial reporting software Oracle Hyperion)
- Participate in the month-end close process, including responsibility for revenue reporting on Day 1 of the close, along with review of journal entries and the P&L
- Research, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metrics
- Assist in integrating M&A deals into the existing operations, including tracking of earnout calculations
- Improve upon existing reporting as requested by management
- Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisions
- Contribute to preparation of business presentations for Executive management
- High degree of involvement in annual budget process
- Review and maintain producer compensation reporting
- Assist Finance management with day to day tasks and special requests

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance preferred
- Highly proficient MS Excel skills
- Strong ability to learn systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and willingness to work overtime, particularly during the month-end close and budget process
- Proactive drive to get things done and anticipate what is needed
- At least 3 years of experience preferred
