Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Quality Data Scientist located in Austin, TX.

Reporting to the Sr Director, Quality the Quality Data Scientist . In this role you will be responsible for provide expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results. Escalate data integrity issues.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Provide expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results.
  • Escalate data integrity issues.
  • Evaluate the data that comes in from each department.
The experience we're looking to add to our team,
  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics or computer engineering (Highly preferred)
  • 4 -6 years of experience
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems; analytical programing knowledge (python and "R")
  • Primary focus on the data analysis and correlation from sources such as Cogiscan and Instrumental.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Great Customer relationship
  • Relational database knowledge (the way data flows from one system to another)
  • Visualization of the data (once we have the data, how do we use it to communicate) Tableau, SSRS systems.
  • Cloud data management

  • Experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Root cause, corrective action experience.
  • Basic web development programming skills
