Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a/an Quality Data Scientist located in Austin, TX.
Reporting to the Sr Director, Quality the Quality Data Scientist . In this role you will be responsible for provide expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results. Escalate data integrity issues.
What a typical day looks like:
- Provide expertise to acquire, manage, manipulate, and analyze data and report results.
- Escalate data integrity issues.
- Evaluate the data that comes in from each department.
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics or computer engineering (Highly preferred)
- 4 -6 years of experience
- Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems; analytical programing knowledge (python and "R")
- Primary focus on the data analysis and correlation from sources such as Cogiscan and Instrumental.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great Customer relationship
- Relational database knowledge (the way data flows from one system to another)
- Visualization of the data (once we have the data, how do we use it to communicate) Tableau, SSRS systems.
- Cloud data management
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
- Root cause, corrective action experience.
- Basic web development programming skills
