Job Description :
Lead Customer and Consumer satisfaction by maximizing customer reach and responding timely to all consumers concerns
Ensure Data privacy in the area of influence.
Establish and continuously upgrade consumer relevant quality standards (CRQS)
Manage and drive toll free consumer concerns through third party call center
Liaisons with all functions including Mfg, supplier, Sales, Depots, and external stakeholders wrt the resolution of the consumer complaints
Continuously review consumer cell performance and enable improvements in the manufacturing setup and supplier locations. Close the loop end to end.
