• Identify and evaluate vendors, analyze quotes from a TCO perspective, validate the quotation price with Vendor
• Vendor Onboarding process, correction of vendor records and management. Contribute to the maintenance of the supplier database and follow up with vendors on required documentation.
• Process requisitions, prepare and issue purchase orders to supplier.
• Assist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation
• Effectively communicate and efficiently resolve issues with all internal and external partners
• Maintain proficiency in all relevant policies and procedures, including the ability to articulate and enforce policies and procedures
• Self-manage within assigned accountabilities
• Co-ordinating and monitoring the the internal order approval process.
• Strong oral, written and inter personal skill with an ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of software vendors and solutions to meet business requirements.
• Support the procurement team in negotiating contracts and agreements with software suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand software needs and requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of software licenses, contracts, and renewals.
• Assist in the resolution of any procurement-related issues or disputes with suppliers.

• Requisition-to-payment process experience, expediting experience
• Good negotiation skills
• Minimum 2-3 year's experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Highly organised and responsible.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience or knowledge of software procurement processes is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a dynamic procurement environment.
