Position Summary

As the Associate Manager, Media & Digital Marketing, you support the strategic development and execution of media and digital marketing initiatives across paid, owned and earned channels designed to build brand awareness, engagement, purchase preference and sales across a subset of our brands. Works closely with internal brand teams, media agency partners, consumer insights/analytics dept, field marketing and sponsorship teams to support the development of national and local media and digital executions. A strong project manager, you oversee programs from inception through execution and reporting, ensuring successful delivery against goals.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development, execution and optimization of traditional media and digital marketing programs, including but not limited to TV, OOH, radio, digital and social advertising, search marketing (SEO/SEM), email communications, and website design/development, that directly align with brand business objectives and reach target consumers, leveraging both English and Spanish language media
  • Collaborate with external media agencies, technology/media supplier vendors, and across internal departments to effectively manage multiple projects for assigned brands
  • Compile, review and communicate monthly/quarterly qualitative and quantitative reports on digital marketing performance, driving actionable insights for future efforts; communicate best practices and share lessons learned throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with agency and internal finance teams to manage monthly forecasting & billing activities
  • Keep informed of industry activities as well as new media and digital strategies, resources, opportunities, and best practices via meetings with vendor community and industry research
  • Help drive innovation in a "test and learn" culture
  • Ensure that all CBI media and digital programs meet beverage alcohol legal requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of traditional media and digital marketing experience
  • Understanding of digital advertising (programmatic, direct, social, search, etc.) trends, developments, and technologies
  • Understanding of traditional media TV, Radio, OOH, Print, etc., with most time spent in media strategy planning position

    • Demonstrable experience in programmatic media, with strong understanding of the technology and processes required to be successful and the ability to lead the organization in the execution of programmatic strategies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills, foster communication up and down the organization, positively influence through communications
  • Self-starter, self-motivated and a team player
  • Ability to manage several concurrent activities and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, agile environment
  • Possesses a spirit of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and innovation
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Media agency experience and/or digital/interactive agency experience a plus

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must be able to work in a professional corporate office environment.
  • Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis

The salary range for this role is:
$92,500.00 - $141,700.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
