Apple's Sensing & Connectivity Software Engineering Team is looking for an experienced Inventory & Purchasing Administrator Specialist to oversee the inventory, procurement, and asset management operations for our organization.

Description

The purchasing and inventory administrator will coordinate and manage the full procurement and inventory process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. They will collaborate with various cross functional teams to understand their purchasing needs on a quarterly basis. Working closely with Finance, the Purchasing and Inventory Admin will also provide cost projections, monitor budgets, develop reports and control expenses. In addition, they will be responsible for managing vendor relations, processing purchase orders, tracking assets, and owning all inventory management.

Key Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team
  • Experience managing, organizing and maintaining large quantities of equipment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using procurement software, MS Excel, and Apple iWork products.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant regulations.
  • Proven experience as a Purchasing Administrator or in a similar role.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 3+ years of industry experience

Pay & Benefits

    At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $94,300 and $177,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
