Here at The Daily Muse, we know how hard it can be to find your way. Between our three founders, we’ve had 10 jobs in the last three years—and each of those changes was filled with introspection, decisions, and no small amount of anxiety.
And we know many of you have been there, too.
For the last month, we’ve been working hard to build a new tool that will make the job search more fun: a gallery of company profiles to provide an inside look at companies you care about, all through the eyes of their employees. And today, we’re launching a sneak peek at themuse.com.
We’ve gone inside the walls of five companies we love in the San Francisco Bay Area, and found that each of them brings something unique and interesting to the workplace:
- Klout, a haven for social media junkies
- Kiva, for microfinance and international development advocates
- Hipmunk, for travel aficionados
- Zerocater, for foodies
- Justin.tv, for gamers and video game enthusiasts
You don’t have to be looking for a job to enjoy this sneak peek, either. You can just browse—that’s how we women often prefer to shop anyway, right?
