Fast Fixes: Mocha Chocolate Chip Muffins

Mocha Muffins

One lesson I’ve learned in college is that coffee can be a polarizing topic. I used to assume most people shared my sentiment that the beverage is the elixir of life, but I’ve since discovered that there are many camps—including tea lovers and energy drink fans—in the world of fatigue-fighting aids.

But I’ve discovered a confection that coffee lovers and haters alike will embrace (coffee-detesting roommate tested!): Baking Bites’ Mocha Chocolate Chip Muffins. These treats are satisfyingly indulgent, with the intense coffee flavor complementing the richness of the milk chocolate chips, but they won’t leave you with an overbearing richness afterward. In fact, they may just leave fans of other caffeine sources reconsidering their allegiances.
