Fast Fixes: Crisp Chicken Wings with Chili-Lime Butter

With conference championship games and the Super Bowl just around the corner, you’re bound to be snacking on chips, dip, and chicken wings in the near future. If you’re hosting a game-day get-together, skip the take-out wings and make Tyler Florence’s Crisp Chicken Wings with Chili-Lime Butter instead.

The soy sauce and honey create a delicious balance of salty and sweet, and the spicy curry paste adds an essential kick to the dish. Pop the wings into the oven when the second quarter starts, and they’ll be ready to eat at halftime.

Note: If your blender has trouble pureeing the butter, soften or melt it in the microwave.
