Kelly Boyer

Kelly Boyer is the Founder and Executive Chef of PALETA. Kelly is a 24-year survivor of a rare advanced stage cancer and attributes much of her recovery to focused nutrition and elimination of toxic foods from her diet. Kelly started PALETA in 2005 to enrich people’s lives through healthy eating and to show that people can enjoy the fruits of the planet while still preserving our resources for the future. Kelly’s ongoing mission is to utilize locally grown, organic foods, bio-degradable and recyclable packaging, as well as a comprehensive recycling program within the PALETA kitchen, Southern California’s first certified GREEN commercial kitchen.
