Joanna Barsh

Joanna Barsh is a Director in McKinsey & Company's New York office and serves as a leader of McKinsey's Consumer, Retail, and Organization Practices. She has been a New York City Commissioner on Women’s Issues since 2002, appointed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg. She created “The McKinsey Centered Leadership Project,” including a video archive of 150 in-depth interviews with women leaders from around the world designed to accelerate the development of women leaders. She is the co-author of the book How Remarkable Women Lead.
