Requirement:

  • Manage large and complex sales opportunities with major Service Provider customers, emphasizing the value of our technical solutions.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, earning high regard from customers and OEM partners alike.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to tailor business-relevant solutions for clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive sales of technical hardware, software, and services.
  • Initiate and oversee sales campaigns from initial discovery to successful closure, showcasing the benefits of our technical offerings.
  • Proactively manage a pipeline of opportunities, providing accurate forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities with the WWT field organization and assigned customer(s).
  • Promote AI solution designs and configurations based on customer-specific requirements.
  • Develop & deliver messaging that informs field-based training, enablement, and sales support. These items may include brochures, briefings, workshops, reference architectures, advisory services, and demos.
  • Manage and drive strategic programs in conjunction with our partners, focusing on NVIDIA, Intel, and AMD.
  • Work with key WWT Marketing teams to promote AI, Data Strategy and the AI Proving ground within WWT's Advanced Technology Center.
  • Position and promote WWT's extensive range of technical hardware, software, and services in alignment with client business and technology objectives.

Qualification:

  • Candidates must live in/around San Francisco/San Jose, CA
  • 5+ years Account Management experience in a relevant industry with large commercial or enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years of experience managing/leading a sales book of business ($10M+ in Revenue).
  • A level of technical expertise in the experience areas listed above.
  • Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
  • Track record of successful solution selling.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
  • Strong organizational, conflict resolution, time management, and negotiation skills are require

  • Understand and articulate AI Technology and Solutions.
  • Partner with engineering, professional services, inside sales leadership, and WWT corporate functions for success.

Travel Requirements:

  • 25-50%

  • Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of base salary range. Total compensation for this role includes a base plus commission. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this position is $140,000-170,000 + commissions. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
