Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Solution Specialist in Gilbert, Arizona and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work You'll Do
Develop Cloud-based software and technology solutions, including data cleansing and conversions, interface design/development, and systems development life cycle. Enable end-to-end journey from On-Premise to Cloud within the following focus areas: Cloud messaging, ground-to-Cloud connectivity, Cloud Strategy, Op Model Transformation, Cloud Development, Cloud Integration & APIs, Cloud Migration, Cloud Infrastructure & Engineering, and Cloud
Managed Services. Recommend, design, and implement Cloud Computing, IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service), Managed Cloud, Server Virtualization, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solutions. Participate in various aspects of the full software development life cycle, which includes requirements gathering, application configuration design, business process analysis, scripting, code deployments, enhancement validation, triage of defects and change requests, escalations and urgent issues. Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Performing data cleansing, data conversions, interface design, interface development, and systems development, utilizing Apex Data Loader, Workbench, and Salesforce Data
Import Wizard; - Creating technical and functional specifications, including page layouts, logic diagrams, and data models, utilizing Jira and Microsoft (MS) Azure DevOps;
- Automating development and deployment tasks, using Eclipse Integrated Development Environment (IDE), Visual Studio Code, change sets, and Git;
- Developing Visualforce pages, using Apex classes, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and JavaScript;
- Creating Apex Representational State Transfer (REST) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP) Application Programming Interface (API) to integrate third party applications with Salesforce and exchange Salesforce data;
- Working across all phases of the Agile and Waterfall project delivery life cycle for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds;
- Troubleshooting development and deployment issues by debugging codes and interpreting logs, utilizing Developer Console, Apex logs, and browser debugging tool Lightning Web Components (LWC); and
- Researching user reported issues with software applications, identifying root causes and resolutions, implementing fixes, and liaising between business functions, end users, and technical delivery teams, utilizing HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Jira.
