This is a hybrid position primarily based in any of the above listed US office locations. A role you will love:

  • Be part of a cross-functional Agile delivery team which creates customer-oriented solutions aligned to the overall Computershare and Technology strategy and values.
  • Perform business analysis and administrative tasks to assist with the enhancement and maintenance of applications managed by the Enterprise Systems team.
  • Assist in the preparation of clear requirements which will form a well-balanced Product Backlog.
  • Partner with product manager and project team to define business requirements to meet the project objectives. Ensure requirements are within our business standards and guidelines and align to our business strategy and objectives.
  • Communicates, collaborates and negotiates with key stakeholders (value stream leaders, business groups and control groups)
  • Effectively manage risks associated with projects and scrum team, including: compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; and adherence to internal policies, procedures, and controls
  • Look at industry trends and customer feedback to brainstorm on features.
  • Obtain appropriate buy-in on difficult decisions and solve complex issues.
  • Work with operations and technical teams to research and resolve production issues.
  • Clarify ambiguities and customer experience based on business requirements and product objectives.

What will you bring to the role?

  • 3+ years of IT Business Analyst experience including design documentation
  • 2+ years of SQL and Agile experience
  • Strong working experience of database development with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as Oracle or SQL Server
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
  • Ability to manage process discovery, process modeling, and process improvement activities
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
